To reserve this home, payment of half the rental amount is due upon booking by check or money order made payable to Advantage Real Estate, 18 Main Street, PO Box 4592, Vineyard Haven, MA. 02568. Advantage Real Estate will prepare and send you an agreement (Lease); all terms and conditions regarding the rental of this property; including, instructions for payment of the Rental Balance (if any) and the Security Deposit will be outlined in said agreement and, shall constitute the contractual obligations of the parties thereto.
