Seller or Buyer Presentation
Our hand-outs to customers are much more than a one-page sheet; expect to be provided information on the structural components, area map, property boundaries, Association documents, a septic plan or survey; copy of Assessor's card or deed.
A professional grade color flyer is given to all. As a seller you would not be anything but pleased at our effort and, as a buyer you will be assured that you have received every bit of information available to our agent at that time.
OPEN HOUSES, special events
With your agreement, we will host an "Open House" at your home; being one of the few island agencies who conduct them. These events are staged with great thought and have proven to be very effective.
Additionaly once per month a broker open house is scheduled for your area, giving agents a chance to preview your home and report back to their customers. These tours may produce a turn out of 40 to 60 agents in a quick half hour walk-through.
