Located on the second floor of 18 Main Street directly across from Zephrus, the restaurant at the Mansion House Hotel, in the heart of Vineyard Haven, Advantage Real Estate was established in 1991 by Hans E. van Lohuizen, Owner/Broker, after many years of training and building the foundation of knowledge and expertise both clients and customers expect to find in a veteran professional.
Having moved to Martha's Vineyard in 1981, Hans has lived here yearround since, knows the island intimately and currently resides with his family in West Tisbury.
