Advantage Real Estate was established in 1991 by Hans E. van Lohuizen, Owner/Broker, after many years of training and building the foundation of knowledge and expertise both clients and customers expect to find in a veteran professional.
Having moved to Martha's Vineyard in 1981, Hans has lived here yearround since, knows the island intimately and currently resides with his family in West Tisbury.
